Apple announced the arrival of the Pokemon Go Apple Watch app, which will allow players to primarily use an interface on the watch instead of their phone. Pokemon Go Hub has also revealed that a Pokemon Go app is coming to Android Wear through data mining. And of course, we all know about the Pokemon Go Plus.
The big question is: Which one should you get? Here's a handy comparison chart to help you make a decision, assuming for now that the Apple Watch app features will also apply to the Android Wear.

DISPLAY, NOTIFICATIONS AND CATCHING POKEMON
Due to the Pokemon Go Plus' lack of a display, its notification ability is limited. The Pokemon Go Plus will vibrate and glow green if a Pokemon has appeared, and vibrate and glow blue if a PokeStop is in range to collect items.
Clicking the center button will throw a Poke Ball or collect items, respectively. The Pokemon Go Plus does not seem to alert players to Pokemon nearby that have never been caught. The Pokemon Go app must run in the background on the phone for the Pokemon Go Plus to detect Pokemon and PokeStops and track distance.
The Pokemon Go Apple Watch app displays distance traveled, running simultaneously as if it were a workout. During your walk or run, you can see how much distance is left to hatch eggs, how much XP you need to level up, and which Pokemon are nearby. The watch will show you which Pokemon has hatched as well.
The watch will notify you if a PokeStop is within range, and collect items similarly to the phone app. The watch will also notify you if a Pokemon appears, even if you haven't caught it before, but you must then use your phone to attempt to catch the Pokemon.
